How will I find the villa/apartment?

Once the full payment for your booking has been received and you have advised us of your full flight details, we will send you (by email) comprehensive driving directions from the relevant arrival airport to the front door of your accommodation. This document will also contain the key handover instructions for the villa and a local contact number should you require any assistance in resort, it is therefore imperative that you print this document and remember to take it with you. Alternatively book our taxi transfer and let the driver take care of it for you.

Where will the keys be?

Specific instructions for the property you have booked will be supplied once you full payment has been received. Please remember to print this document and take it with you.

What time can I check in?

In order to have the property ready for you upon arrival check in time is at 16.00 and checkout is at 11.00 to be able to prepare it for the next guests.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open from 09 00 until 23.00. During peak times it is possible that there may be no one there, if this is the case please feel free to call on the numbers provided.

What if I have a problem outside these hours?

Please feel free to call our 24 hour emergency helpline.

What should I do if I need help/advice?

Please email, call or pop into the office and someone will be able to help you.

Can you arrange transport from the airport?

Transfers are not included in the cost of your rental. However we can provide this service at an additional cost. Transfers are either by taxi or minibus and should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Just let us know if you require this service.

Is air conditioning included in the price?

Yes, air conditioning is included in the rental price. As the cost of electricity is extremely high in Cyprus some of the properties have energy saving devices, meaning it is not possible to have the air conditioning running when the property is vacant.

How can I book?

Bookings can be made directly via the website, via email or via a phone call.

How can I pay and when do I pay?

Are the rates per person or per property?

The rates are for the property for the selected time period.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Usually there is a minimum rental period of 7 days, please ask to check

What is the cancellation/deposit policy?

Is there satellite TV?

All properties have satellite TV provided. Please note this is satellite and not sky, you will not get channels such as BBC or ITV. There are numerous channels in English including films, kids channels, news and music.

Are towels provided?

Yes there will be a bath and hand towel provided per guest for use in the property. We recommend you bring beach towels. 

Is a hairdryer provided?

Generally all properties will have a hairdryer.

Is there an iron & ironing board?

Yes all properties will have an iron and ironing board.

Do I need travel adapter plugs?

The voltage is 240 volts, with 3-pin plug sockets.

Is the property cleaned during my stay?

The property will be cleaned for your arrival, further cleaning will be dependent on the number of nights booked.

Is pool heating available?

Some of our pools have the option of being heated. This is available during the winter months of November to April. Most heated pools are electrically heated but some are solar-heated and the temperature of the pool will therefore depend on the weather conditions. An additional charge will be incurred for this facility. Please be aware the temperature will not be hot like indoor pools or hot tubs.

Can you provide cots, baby equipment?

Yes we can, please state at the time of booking what equipment you would like and when payment has been made the items will be ready and waiting at the property for you.

Can you arrange car hire?

We have teamed up with some of the finest car hire companies in Cyprus to bring you the best quality cars at the lowest possible prices. Simply refer to the car hire section of our website, complete the request form and receive a free no obligation quotation for your preferred vehicle.

Can you arrange currency exchange?

Yes we can. If you let us know the amount and currency you require changing we can provide you with the rates.

Is there a safe?

Most properties have a safe provided. If this is a necessity for you please check the property facilities.

Are the prices in sterling or euros?

All payments are taken in Euros.

Do the villas have telephones or internet access?

None of our villas have the use of a telephone for telephone calls. To make telephone calls you can either, use local phone boxes, use your own mobile phone or purchase a pay as-you-go SIM card from your local shop. A number of our properties have internet access, please refer to the villa description to check on your specific property.
