Great villa, ideal location and perfect for relaxing by the pool, strolling to the beach or the village for a meal and a drink but also ideally situated to explore the island as well.

Fantasy! Rested in the villa from May 19 to June 5, 2018 (three mothers and five children). The owner of the villa is wonderful, he solved all the questions: both with the transfer, and with the time of departure and arrival (we had an early arrival and late flight), and in the fridge-breakfast, which is very useful! Pool cleaned regularly. The villa is within walking distance of shops and beaches, there are several of them. Bus stops are also nearby. We entertained the children nearby at the Cave Maris hotel, there is also a playground and a pool for children and access to the sea and restaurants for every taste. The villa has all the necessary amenities, four bedrooms: on the second floor there are three with large beds, two beds below, all with air conditioning, sun beds in the courtyard, a large table, barbecue. From the roof offers a pleasant view of the sea. We are delighted!

That was wery nice place! Fully furnished. It have all you need, even sun umbrella, big cooler bag. Big washing machine. Big wardrobes in each room. PS2 :) Location is in 5 min driving to the our favorite beach and dozen of restaurants. Ayia Napa In 20 min driving. Complex is quiet enough - no loaded roads nearby (which is always annoying in oldtown Limassol falts). Covered parking. Car is must have. This area is not suited for pedestrians. Roads near to complex doesn't have roadsides. Pedestrians walking right on traffic lines. We are recommend Paralimni as the place with calm and warm sea, small and cozy beaches. Paralimni and Aiya Napa good place for traveling with children. Here almost all restaurants have nice plyagrounds.

We are happy what we choose this apartment. In this apartment is all what you need if you planing to stay for longer time. Very comfortable check in. about 2-3 km to nearby beach. I recommend hire the car and visit cape greco, ayia napa,. I stayed 13 days. we was 4 persons. All tolls who helped made food was in this apartment. Thank you!

The pictures were great but the villa surpassed any expectations we had. I would recommend hiring a car. Location was perfect for us.. a 5 minute drive from anything you need. Lee was fantastic and couldn't be any more helpful.

Lee is a very nice person, he was very helpful. Everything as described. We were four. Two adults and two children. The apartment is spacious, clean. Swimming pool about 5 meters from the terrace. The location of the apartment very good, close to many beautiful beaches. Jednek car necessary. Price to quality very good

We were there to four adults in September. The weather was great, up to 33 degrees. The house is large and has a great location in a cul-de-sac, then fields and then the sea. You can see the sea from the terrace. It is nice and quiet, if you sleep with the window open you can hear the cock or dogs at night. In the house you will find everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped. There was not a big dining table outside, we carried the table inside out. The outdoor grill is a bit difficult to use. Otherwise everything is as described. The way to the beach is within walking 5 minutes. There is a dog-friendly beach with beach chairs without payment. Right after 2 more beaches in smaller bays with the possibility of snacks, drinks, loungers and toilets. We were very happy there, all the other beaches we saw were much more crowded. The center is 10 minutes walk. There are enough restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The place is small with a thoroughfare. If you want to see something of the island, you definitely need a car. When we had a car breakdown, we got quick help from the landlord. We were very satisfied with our stay there.

Excellent apartment, the photo seems not as spacious and large as it really is. Clean, bright, comfortable. I was very pleased that the territory of the complex was constantly cleaned, the pool was cleaned, after a week of our holiday, we were changed all the bedding and towels (which we were pleasantly surprised with) We spent three weeks with the child, this is a great place, quiet and peaceful. But you definitely need a car. It was great to come from the noisy Ayia Napa to our quiet apartment;) a special thank you to the owner, answered all the questions that arose upon arrival very quickly. To summarize everything: we are 100% satisfied and will definitely return again.

Overall we were really happy with this accommodation. We had 2 small children and it was a baby friendly place. The landlord is a nice and helpful guy.

The apartments have literally everything you need to relax. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Rested with a small child and there were no problems that something was missing. The only thing that needs a car. You can walk to the sea on foot, but not everywhere there are sidewalks and you have to walk. In general, Cyprus Sun is a great fellow, we all really enjoyed it.

We rented the villa Lena for a week begining of October. I was travelling with my wife and, via another plane as they were comming from another place of origin, her parents, sister and kids were arriving the same day with another earlier flight. So we were 6 adults and 2 kids and alltogether, had no issues to accomodate to the villa. We had a rental and got there without a problem thanks to the owners informations. Lee is indeed very helpfull and responsive in case of issue. While on our way to the villa, we had a peoblem with the taxi deiver for the rest of the family. Indeed as they were ahead of us, the driver could not locate the entry of the residential area and got upset for his timing. I could connect him with Lee that explained to him in Greek how to get there. So Thank you Sir! We come to Protaras every year and rent a place. This villa Lena was good in size and perfect for what we wanted. Bathrooms are usually small in this kind of villas but its not a problem. We usually go to the beach all day so we are staying at home just for sleeping but all comodities were good and clean. We chose the place based on that point. Also, it is very quiet at night in that area as you are a bit further from the main road of Protaras. Of course, we went to enjoy Cyprus local food at night but also coocked at home one night. And with 2 kids of young age, you have to prepare them some kids food too. The view from rooftop terrasse is awesome and provides a great place for sunrise and sunset.

A very spacious apartment, very clean and comfortable. The service supporting this object takes care of every standard, cleanliness etc. There are no problems with insects, etc., the pool is quite shallow 1.35m, the apartment is in Kapparis (Chromata lagoon complex), rented car is a must because public transport is weak. Seamless contact with the host. He accepted us at 5AM on Sunday;). I would recommend !!!
