We stopped here for my Son and Daughters in law wedding.. and I must say what a fantastic place.Very luxurious with all you could want . A fantastic pool. Two Bars. BBQ. Jacuzzi. Huge kitchen. Excellent Bedrooms. Air Conditioning, even has an outside pool table. Set on the top of a hill overlooking Aya Napa and Protaras a few miles away, the views are stunning. You would benefit hiring a car as its approx 15 a taxi into the towns. A fantastic time was had by all at this 5* Villa

we have just spent 14 days at this villa and it was one of the best holiday that we have had. our ages ranged from 3months to 65 and it had something for everyone .it is very modern and spotless .it has a great view you can see agia Napa from the beautiful terrace.i am glad to say that there is nothing negative to say about this villa its perfect in every way ... i would also like to add is that Cyprus sun who looked after us and was on call 24/7 how fantastic ..

My extended family and I had a wonderful time at this villa. There was space and things to do for all ages, from my mother and mother-in-law in their 70s and 80s to our grandchildren aged 2, 4 and 10, who lived in the pool. We loved the large kitchen where everyone could get involved in preparing for lazy outdoor lunches in the shade and evening BBQs. The lounge had plenty of big comfy sofas and a large screen TV for siesta-watching DVDs. There was a great roof area with another bar. My 10 year old grandson and his mum really enjoyed sleeping up there under the stars and it was a wonderful place to fly kites from. Another good place to spot stars is from the hot tub, which is large enough to seat 8 in comfort. The pool is great for those who want to do lengths, play water polo or just practice belly flops! We were a group of 10 friends (20-22 year old), living in Paris during the year and looking for a comfortable place to spend great holidays. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left our holiday was just amazing. On arrival the villa really did have the wow factor and it met our high expectations throughout, rooms were beautiful and all were on suite, great in a large group. We came here for a relaxing holiday with friends and wasnt disappointed, there was a group of eight of us and the nice thing was that although holidaying together the villa and grounds were big enough to have private time when needed. Lots of comfortable sunbeds around a gorgeous pool overlooking protaras, my wife and her friends said they felt thoroughly spoilt. We loved the outside bars great in the warm evenings and also for a little shade in the day not forgetting the hot tub. There is a large supermarket a couple of mins down the road by car to stock up and some amazing bakeries close by a real must . We had a lovely relaxed family holiday at lemon tree villa. We only booked a week as our family are in there early 20's and thought it might be too quiet for the young ones but they also really enjoyed there stay with us. The pool was a big bonus and we had lots of fun with that and some lovely evenings by the barbeque. The area is lovely and quiet but 5 minutes away is Sirena bay, lovely beach and great atmosphere but very busy at weekends with locals, Penera is a short walk and has everything on offer by way of food drink and entertainment, we had some fab meals. Its also worth mentioning the very good bus service that takes you all the way to Ayai napa for 1 euro, last bus back at 4.30am so for the young ones a bonus. A great holiday and would definately go back.

Me and my group stayed at the lemon tree villa from the 13-21 July 2013. My group consisted of 5 people, 4 boys (20) and one girl (19). We went to lemon tree seeking a relaxing week, but it still had a fun and lively atmospheric feel. We definitely felt like we got this here. Protaras is only a 5 minutes taxi drive away which is brilliant if you want to grab a nice meal or a few drinks in a lively atmosphere. We visited Ayia Napa twice, once for lunch on the sea front which was nice but could be quite pricey. We also visited at night, which I can only explain in one word, mental. If your looking for crazy night life Napa is the place to be staying. Also with a taxi driver living opposite the villa this makes getting a taxi a breeze. 30 euro round trip to napa and about 15 euro round trip to Protaras. We stayed at Lemon Tree Villa for two weeks (Aug/Sept 2013) and had a wonderful time! We are a family group and our ages range from 8 to 72. The villa was very well equipped, clean and beautifully furnished. It is in a good location and having a taxi driver just across the road was very convenient indeed - particularly for airport transfers. Communication with the owner was very good and she was helpful and informative. All in all we had a wonderful time - and the weather was glorious!

We had a lovely time at Villa Elvie. As a family of 8 this was perfect for us. The Villa was so spacious and finished to a homely feel. We hired a car and did lots of traveling and this made a great base for us. The pool was kept beautifully clean and we sure made the most of it after a day out have some fun! We would love to return back to villa Elvie and will recommend it to all my friends.

Just returned from a fabulous holiday at Damara apartment. The apartment is nicely furnished with everything you need. the balcony is great for a relaxing evening overlooking the beautiful pool and enjoying a glass of wine or two! The team at Cyprus Sun were great and helped us with all our needs and ensuring we made the most of our holiday by helping us organize our trips. Kapparis is the nearest town and has plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The beaches are here too and firemans beach was our favorite. We can wait to come back see you next year!

We spent 5 weeks in Alysia Apartment which turned out to be a very happy holiday.The apartment is in a nice quiet area with such pretty coves just across the road. Also bus stops within walking distance.you have every comfort possible in these apartments they are home from home.If you should need help, Cyprus Sun are always at hand We would certainly recommend staying at the Katia Appts

Would just say to say a huge thank you to the Cyprus Sun Team for renting us this beautiful apartment. The apartment is home from home, it has everything you need, it is modern, spacious and very clean. The pool area is spotless and not to crowded sometimes it felt like we had the pool to ourselves. It is only two minutes away from 3 small supermarkets and the same to the bus stop. Walking into Protaras is not a problem as it only takes about 20/25 mins. I will be recommending this apartment to family and friends and would not hesitate to return.

The villa has everything you could need- swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue, indoor and outdoor dining areas, kitchen with cookware/ fridge-freezer/ microwave, hair dryers, straighteners, towels, bedding, air con, flat screen TV, play-station 3 with games and films, wifi. There are four bedrooms (two double and two twin). The three rooms all have an en suite with a shower toilet and basin. One room is in the ground floor. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. The rooms are well decorated with plenty of storage space. The villa is very modern and clean. We couldn't have asked for anything more during our stay. Villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac within a short driving distance from the main Protaras strip, a 15-20 min walk. There are a number of beautiful clean beaches nearby. There are a couple of supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk from the villa. Ice cream vans drive up by the villa on a daily basis, perfect for a day chilling by the pool.

Amazing times all round at Villa Pedro, and couldn't have asked for better service from Lee Property management when we did encounter a small issue with WiFi - arrived and dealt with within 10 minute.

What a fantastic luxury villa . We had an amazing time here . Villa as described . Everything went smoothly . Cyprus Sun were very professional . The villa has plenty of room . It accommodated 8 family members . The walk to the strip was pretty straightforward took around 20/25 minutes . We hired a quad bike great fun . Transfers to the villa were organised by Cyprus Sun. Got us from A to B no problem at all and even gave us info on the area too . And lee at Cyprus Sun, what a great guy nothing to much trouble . And not forgetting the lovely pool man . We were very sad to leave this beautiful place . But sadly we had to. Would definitely return soon . Thank you lee and the Cyprus Sun Team. Forgot to say the kitchen had everything you need . Loved the location of this apartment, near enough to everything but far enough away. The bus service is great and we used it daily to get about, was perfect as we like to have a drink on holiday. We ate too much, drank too much, and got fantastic tans. We were looked after very well.

This apartment was great for us, it was in the centre of everything. We were near the town of Paralimni with all the local amenities and facilities, yet close to the beach and tourist areas too. The Gym and tennis court was fabulous for my son, followed by a dip in the pool. The neighbours were very accommodating and gave us some local cuisine to try, for me it smelt better than it tasted, too much green stuff. Perfect for us we are planning on returning in a couple of years.

This property was prefect for our holiday. As a mixed group of friends the 2 double beds were a bonus meant no arguing over who sleeps in the single beds! The villa was beautifully clean and had everything we could want, we were also fortunate one of our party is a chef so we had some great meals cooked on the BBQ, what more could you want. The property management team were brilliant they sorted out a taxi for us to the supermarket and told us where we could get good deals on alcohol and money exchange. We had a special birthday whilst in Cyprus and the bottle of wine was greatly appreciated, they even left us some sun cream, as a joke as i burnt very badly on my last day the previous year, great personal service. Just getting another group rounded up to book next year.

I can understand why these properties are always full. We are from Nicosia and packed everything we would need for our stay as we stay in Protaras every year and find the properties don't have everything we need. This property has been furnished very well with the guests in mind at all times. We are coming back next year and probably for years to come.

This is an amazing property. The internet was brilliant, and an essential to my teenagers!! The location was perfect we were close enough to everything but had the feeling of being away from it all. It was lovely to sit out the front with a glass of wine and a book, very relaxing. The car was an added bonus and was of the same superior quality as the apartment. I must admit when you get told free car I expected a banger. We were in Cyprus for a wedding and the property management team arranged hair & make-up appointment for the girls and a great place for breakfast for the boys. i cant thank you enough for making sure we were well looked after and had a holiday to remember.

Top class apartments in an ideal location! Our group consisted of 17 people so it was a bonus to find these apartments and villas in such a good location. I cannot praise the owners enough for their clean, well-maintained properties. The apartments are superb and I would definitely recommend them to others.
