WOW, amazing place. The owner of this property obviously cares and likes their comforts. This apartment had everything i needed. It was lovely to arrive after a long journey through the night and find we had the facilities to make a drink, it was well needed. The pool was great it was like having a private pool as we were the only ones who used it. The staff at the management company were very good they came and checked on us the next day to see if were were happy and needed any help. it was good to know they were there if we needed them. i have told all my friends about this apartment and hoping to come back soon.

This was my first time booking a private place to stay, although all my questions were answered i was still apprehensive. When I arrived at the property I was not disappointed, I was over the moon, it was much better than I thought. I managed to lock all my money in the safe and the guys at Lee property services were out within 20 minutes to sort it out for me. They gave us some great advice and places to see, they were invaluable during our stay it was like having a private concierge. I have booked for next year as i couldn't fit everything in. The best apartment i have ever stayed in. The dcor was brilliant. The whole process was very easy and professional, from the initial enquiry through to booking and paying. The team at Cyprus Sun looked after us whilst in Cyprus were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, they even brought us medicine for our sick child in the middle of the night. Highly recommend a holiday here x

This apartment was far better equipped than we expected and the pool is a great little sun trap. Had a couple of very minor problems but they were dealt with very quickly by Lee at Cyprus Sun the apartment management company. Would most certainly book these again next time.

What a fantastic property, with all the facilities you would expect and more. The apartment was perfect and as described, it was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack was great. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is in a really smart complex of apartments and villas and has a lovely pool. Everything was provided for our stay and sitting outside for breakfast every morning was an absolute joy ! It is in a great location as there are many beaches to choose from and if you have a car you can travel around. However the buses are fantastic for getting around and are every 20 minutes to and from Protaras centre. All in all this is a great apartment in a fab location.

We are repeater guests to this apartment because it is clean. well maintained and in a very nice area. You have everything in the apartment that you need for a self catering holiday. Would not stay any where else. Would highly recommend tis apartment to family and friends. Owners customer service is excellent

having stayed in cyprus many times at various locations, this apartment was one of the best for size, facilities and location, the balcony got the sun all day long which was handy if we felt to lazy to even walk down to the grass area!! The pool and grass area charge 3 euros each for sunbeds or shaders but you get vouchers which can be used at any time at the cafe or restaurant, we saved ours until the last night and had a lovely meal with wine at the restaurant. Within a couple of minutes walk either way of the apartment are bars and restaurants, we have tried most of these over the years and still haven't found a bad one, if you want a lively nightlife you can take the walk to Protaras which is lovely on an evening. If you like Pub Quizzes there is a bar at the top end of Pernera called the Lounge...Bar which does a really good one on a Friday evenings. If you choose this apartment to stay in you will not be disappointed!

We have just returned from a week staying in this perfect apartment. After entering our personal code to retrieve the key we entered into a very clean , spacious apartment . Everything was just as the description and photos had promised and we felt completely at home and comfortable from the moment of our arrival . The welcome pack was exactly that and came in very useful as we had arrived late evening . The balcony was as stated ,large and with sun on it all day, even in late October . The location was ideal with everything only one or two minutes walk away . The sea and some restaurants to your left and Pernera main area , with bars and restaurants to your right .

Another great time had by my husband and me in this wonderful apartment - everything was clean, well presented and very comfortable as it has always been. Have already re- booked for next year !!! The area is still as wonderful with an excellent range of entertainment in different bars and restaurants and of course a wide and varied choice of food. It feels like going to our second home !! We can not fault anything apart from us maybe having to book two years in advance to ensure our spot on the sun terrace !!

We stayed from May 15 till June 8 as a family of three adults + 1,5 year old girl. Everything was great and as its been described on that web-site. Management team helped us to get an additional furniture for our child as well as primary guidance on town and beach directions. Being paranoid on cleaning we found that apartment well maintained and taken care on bedding and storage. Y The place was safe for small kids at least we didnt have to worry much on our own child indoor safety. Its really 200 meters from a beach and even less from a pool and seashore restaurant. The beach was clean and nice to spend our time between sunrise, lunch and sunset. For the whole day we went to the next beach by 5min walk where it was equipped with sea sports services. I would recommend this apartment for couples, families with small children and elders

I would highly recommend this apartment, clean, good layout, a great place to relax! Located 2 minutes walk away from the beach and local bars. My family and I have been to Cyprus the last three years and felt most comfortable here and we'll definitely revisit!

If your looking for a great apartment, in a prime location, then look NO further! We Stayed in September and couldn't fault a thing. The apartment is furnished to a good quality with a great equipped kitchen. Town/beach is a short stroll away, and its only a 15 mins stroll along the lovely coast side board-walk to Protaras - great to do early evening. The team at Cyprus Sun were always on hand (should you need them) I contacted them to book an extra clean, which was great! Thank you

This Villa was a great find! Everything you would need and more. We have booked again and will hopefully keep returning. We love it!!

Villa Margaret is excellent, very well presented. We stayed for 2 weeks in August 2012. From the bedrooms to the outdoor Jacuzzi made us feel so luxurious. Booking was so easy and the Cyprus Sun team were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay! We have even stayed in Villa Pedro which is opposite which is to the same high impeccable standard.

Property is beatiful and immacculate. Lovely pool, jaccuzzi and small pool table, games console and internet access. The team at Cyprus Sun was fantastic and on hand during our stay. Close to the beach and many bars and restaurants. Cant wait to return....Thank you

The most comfortable house we have ever rented with particularly high quality beds and furniture. There is a very well equipped kitchen and a lovely private pool and outdoor hot tub. A 15 minute walk takes you to the town center and the beach. A really lovely place to stay!

Spacious and well appointed villa with quality fixtures and fittings. As working parents with 2 teenagers, we value our holidays, many may think our holidays are boring as we enjoy vegging out in and around the villas we rent. Villa Pedro is ideal for a relaxing holiday, the roof terrace was our second home for the durration, popping in and out of the hot tub looking out to the sea in the distance. And all of this under cloudless skies! For a change we would swim and sunbathe by the pool. Within a 20 minute walk you are in the busy fig tree bay, Protaras strip, or within 10 minutes walk you are at the sea and the beach!.........Needless to say we will be booking again... For my Aunties 60th Birthday, we were looking for villas to accommodate 12 of us, and found the perfect stay with Villa Pedro and Villa Margaret. We couldn't fault the villas, and their facilities. They were situated opposite each other, which perfectly suited our groups requirements. The interiors of both villas were styled immaculately, and were flawless in their appearance. With added bonus, of each bedroom having its own en suite shower room and WC facilities. The villas were approximately 15/20 minutes walk to the Protaras strip, which made their location very serene and peaceful. Whilst also being close to night life for the younger ones in our group. The icing on the cake was both villas having private pools and hot-tubs which was most luxurious. The team at Cyprus Sun were fantastic and made us feel so welcome and at home.

We rested with the family from the end of September to the beginning of October. Good apartments, everything corresponds to the declared. I liked everything, the score is excellent. Maria.

What a fantastic location, within walking distance to all amenities. The villa is very spacious and was perfect for our family holiday. The pool steps were great for our little ones, we couldn't keep them out of the pool. The Aqua park round the corner is brilliant for kids and well worth a visit, however the food took forever and wasn't that good, we found out after that we can come and go all day once you have paid so could have gone back to the villa to eat. The bus service is good with stops very close to the property. Would stay here again, just wish we could have stayed longer.
