The architecture of this building facilitates underground parking to prohibit noise and encourage safety. Upon entering your electronic garage you will be in the basement of the property.  Access to the 3 lower floor are serviced via the lift. 

Upon entering the large secure parking area you will see the fully air conditioned gym area furnished with a multi gym, tread mill and elliptical trainer, great for when you have indulged in the delights of the Cypriot cuisine. 
Entering the villa from the basement, you will find the cinema room furnished with a white leather comfy corner sofa and bean bags.

The first floor comprises of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom and large veranda looking over the pool and the crystal clear Mediterranean sea.
The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and an en suite bathroom.
The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, bed side tables and an en-suite bathroom.
Both bedrooms offer forest views to the rear of the villa
Stairs leading to the fourth and final floor is a large roof garden offering panoramic sea views, a relaxing seating area and bar with a wine fridge!
