Villa Mina is a 2 bedroom villa located in the quiet area of Agia Trias, Pernera.
This spacious 2 bedroom Villa is well equipped for a great stay. Benefiting from internet TV and free WiFi.
Villa Mina is air conditioned throughout and comprises of 2 bedrooms (both having fitted wardrobes). The master bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, dressing table and bedside table and benefits from an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has 2 x single beds, bedside table and dressing table.
The Villa is beautifully furnished having a very bright and spacious open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. The lounge is very comfortable with internet TV, DVD player. Patio doors lead out to the balcony where you can sit and enjoy dinner and a glass of wine.
The 7x3 swimming pool is perfect for relxing or entertaining the kids. Serena bay is just a short 2 minute walk from the villa Paralimni (5 minutes drive) is the largest town in the area with at least two large supermarkets and many shops, both modern and traditional. Two beautiful churches sit in the main square, where you can also sit and enjoy a leisurely drink watching the world and the locals go by. Cape Greco (10 minutes drive), the eastern-most point of Southern Cyprus, is a protected National Park with stunning scenery which offers such tremendous peace and tranquility that seems a million miles away from the resorts. It is a place also popular with divers.
